NFL Opener Salutation to USA

In the opening game on Sept. 11, NFL games will pay tribute in commemoration of 9/11 bombing.All in the stadium will hold an American flag while singing the national anthem. This is the time that America is united as one for giving its sympathy to the family of victims of 9/11 tragedy. All Players, coaches and sideline personnel will wear an NFL 9/11 ribbon as a patch or pin on their uniforms and sideline apparel. All stadiums hosting games on Sept. 11 will feature the ribbon logo on the field. This event will be simulcast live on CBS and Fox. Numerous donations has been established on this entire campaign from NFL players association.
